Refund policy
At BYSHANZA, we take pride in the quality of our print-on-demand products. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shanzamaang@gmail.com
Include:
Order number
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
We will issue a replacement promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
• Choosing the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please double-check your order before placing it.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
- After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and issue a replacement.
